What Is Full Coverage – With Taylor Gilbert
Video Transcript:
What is full coverage? Full coverage consists of two separate components.
The first of those would be collision, and that refers to when a driver is behind the wheel and either makes contact with another vehicle or an object.
The second component of full coverage is comprehensive, also referred to as other than collision. Comprehensive coverage would cover examples of hail damage or vandalism.
There are a few coverages that people generally associate with full coverage but in reality, these are ala carte or additional coverages that usually are included but not always included in full coverage. Three of those coverages would be full glass coverage, which can be endorsed on your policy, rental car reimbursement, and also roadside or towing assistance.
