Atlas account executives assist clients with their auto, home, life, health, and business policy changes and questions. Atlas is one of the largest and fastest-growing Independent Insurance Agency Groups in MN.
Qualifications
- A High School Degree or equivalent is required
- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willing to obtain
- 2 + years of customer service and/or insurance experience
Primary Responsibilities
- Answering questions regarding all lines of coverage and assisting with carrier changes, claims, and billing.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Work with existing clients to round accounts by identifying additional needs, providing quotes, and selling needed coverages and/or policies.
- Be able to build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Will have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Can work independently.
- Is someone who thinks critically and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in technology and computers.
- Maintain a positive attitude
