Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients select the right coverage for life, health, auto, home, and business insurance while expanding a book of business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent is required.
- Insurance License preferred, or willing to obtain.
- Proven sales, customer service, or insurance experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Interview clients to assess coverage needs.
- Present tailored insurance plans and explain policy features.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, products, and competitive offerings.
